Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment and minimize scheduling conflicts, we kindly request a deposit for all services. Please note the following booking/deposit policy: 1. A deposit required for all IV drips in amount of $100. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit: Your deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your appointment slot and covers administrative costs associated with booking and preparation. 3. Rebooking Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. However, rebooking must be done within 24 hours from the original appointment time to transfer your deposit to the new booking. 4. Policy Acknowledgment: By booking the the appointment procedure and making the prepayment, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this prepayment policy. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our booking/deposit policy. This policy allows us to efficiently manage our schedule and ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.
